ABSTRACT
Objective To compare and analysis of the clinical effect of Sanziyangqin decoction and ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods 125 cases of bronchiolitis patients with complete data collected were retrospectively analyzed, randomly divided into control group ( 62 cases ) and observation group ( 63 cases ) , were treated with conventional ambroxol hydrochloride and Sanziyangqin decoction. The improvement of clinical symptoms, hospitalization time and treatment effect of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group of cough, wheezing, shortness of breath, throat phlegm and rales disappeared time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group of the total effective rate was 95.24%, significantly higher than the control group 72.58%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After Three months of treatment, the quality of life (GQOLI-74) was used to evaluate the scores of the patients in the two groups.The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before and after treatment in the two groups respectively were detected in blood and liver and kidney function, urine routine and other indicators, the detection and comparison were not abnormal, and the two groups before and after treatment were not found any adverse reaction.Conclusion The treatment of bronchiolitis in patients with Sanziyangqin decoction has the exact effect, compared with conventional ambroxol hydrochloride treatment can better improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs, shorten the hospitalization time, improve the treatment efficiency and quality of life of patients, and there is no adverse reactions, is a safe and effective treatment method.

Objective To investigate the effect of telephone follow-ups on medication compliance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods One hundred and sixty elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI were randomly divided into control group(n=79)and experimental group(n=81).Conventional treatment with medication and telephone follow-ups per six months were administered to patients in control group after discharging from the hospital.Besides the same treatment as in the control group,8 telephone follow-ups were made within 12 months from discharging and additional follow-ups were performed if their medication compliance was poor.The two groups were compared in terms of medication compliance 12 months since discharging,and cardiovascular adverse events,readmission rates and restenosis rates within 1 year. Results The medication compliance in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.The rates of cardiovascular adverse events,readmission and restenosis within 1 year were all significantly lower than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Telephone follow-ups can improve medication compliance of elderly patients with coronary heart diseases after PCI and thereby enhance the curative effects.

Objective To study the allocation and requirements of ICU nurses in the intemal medicine department of National Medical Emergency Rescue Team,and explore more reasonable ICU nurses allocation method.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group adopted even allocation method,while the observation group allocated nurses according to ICU nursing evaluation system.The nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results ICU nursing score between two groups showed no significant difference,but the ICU indwelling time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.Conclusions ICU nurses need higher comprehensive quality.ICU nursing evaluation system can facilitate the allocation of nurses.Better allocation and higher overall qualities of internal medicine ICU nurses can improve ICU treatment efficiency.

Objectives: The prevalence of depression is relatively high in individuals with diabetes. However, screening and monitoring of depressive state in patients with diabetes is still neglected in developing countries and the treatment of diabetes-related depression is rarely performed in these countries. In this study, our aim was to study the role of diabetes education in the improvement of depressive state in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes
Methods: The Dutch version of the center for epidemiological studies depression scale [CES-D scale] and the problem areas in diabetes [PAID] questionnaire were used to assess depression and diabetes-specific emotional distress in 1200 newly diagnosed male adult patients with type 2 diabetes before and after a two-week diabetes education by professionally trained nurses. Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the factors related to depression in patients with type 2 diabetes
Results: The incidence of depression in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes was 28%, and the rate of diabetes-specific emotional distress was 65.5%. High education levels, low income were correlated to depression in individuals with diabetes. After two weeks of diabetes education, the incidence of depression and diabetes-specific emotional distress decreased significantly to 20.5% [P < 0.05] and 11% [P < 0.001], respectively
Conclusions: The incidence of depression, especially diabetes-specific emotional distress, was relatively high in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes. The depression state could be improved by diabetes education

Objective To investigate the effect of angina treated with Danhong injection plus nitroglycerin injection.Methods A total of 108 patients with angina were randomly divided into a treatment group (56cases) and a control group (52 cases).The control group was treated by conventional therapy (injected nitroglycerin injection lOmg added in normal sodium 48ml by venous pumping within 8 hours,once daily for 10 days);on the base of the conventional therapy,the treatment group treated with additional danhong injection (30ml,added in 5% glucose injection 250ml,iv,q.d.,once daily for ten days).Observe changes of electrocardiography and physical signs before and after the therapy.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 92.84%,contrasting 82.68% in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion It is effective to treat angina with Danhong injection plus nitroglycerin injection.
